About Us

Founded in 2012 by Arslan Ali and Adeel Mehar, Element Metal Works started with a singular mission: to elevate the metallurgical standards of Wazirabad—the traditional heartland of Pakistan’s cutlery and blade forging industry.

Recognizing a gap in consistent, high-grade billet production, Arslan and Adeel established forge operations to supply local knifemakers with superior raw materials. What began as a local supply operation quickly grew into the backbone of regional blade manufacturing. Today, almost every prominent knife maker in Wazirabad relies on Element Metal Works for their raw Damascus steel, Copper Damascus (CuMai), and specialty alloys.

Our Philosophy: Steel Made for Smiths, by Smiths

We believe a blade is only as good as the steel from which it is forged. Metallurgy isn’t just an industry to us; it’s a science of heat, pressure, and precision. Every billet that leaves our forge has undergone strict temperature management, forge welding under intense pressure, and hand-manipulated pattern setting.
